Who does it work for?
Anyone who wants to improve debilitating symptoms, whether they be mental or physical. It is not a miracle cure, so you have to be ready to put in some commitment and effort to change the way you think and respond to all sorts of things. It is not the programme that works, it is the participants, so it has worked for everyone who is ready to persistently use the techniques and strategies I have taught them.
- What does it work for?
So far I have helped people with ME, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety and pain. Many of them are happy to talk to you if you want to find out more. - How can I do training sessions if I am ill?
You will get help to prepare so that on day one of the training sessions you will start having a positive effect on your symptoms - What if I relapse?
If you keep doing the techniques I teach you, you will NOT relapse. It just doesn’t happen because you are training your body to switch into healing and recovery. But if you stop or give up, you could feel just as ill as you do now. - What if I can’t do it?
The programme is a complete re-boot of your system, but much of it will seem very familiar too. I have worked with children as young as 8 years old as well as people over 80 who are also doing well. It is easy to understand what to do, and for some people the only hard thing is getting on and doing it! - I’ve tried everything and nothing has fixed my health problems, so why would this?
Most of my clients have tried many things at great expense, and become demoralised over time. I think the programme works so well because it brings together many pieces of the jigsaw needed to kick start a whole new way of operating. The preparation and follow up are as important as the training sessions, and the techniques are cutting edge but also designed to be easy to use in real life, so people have great success. - Hypnotherapy! Does this mean you’ll hypnotise me?
No, I do not hypnotise you. I teach you how to use visualisations to positively affect how you feel. You simply remember a time when you felt happy, calm, confident or energised, recall it in detail, immerse yourself in it, and this then improves your mental and physical state. Repeated use of this and other techniques, creates new body mind connections, leading to renewed health and well-being. - Religion and The BodyMind Programme
I do not normally discuss religion on the BodyMind programme but you may find that some of the things I talk about have been discussed or promoted in religious texts, teachings or principles for living life well. One of our clients Caroline said, “I adapted what you taught me and found that visualising the scriptures made a huge difference to how I feel”. - Is it the same as the Lightning Process?
No, the BodyMind Programme is different in many ways. Our programme is easier and geared to each individual person. I have trained with many different people and explain the neuroscience and biology in very simple terms, so you will have a better understanding of how you have become unwell, and also how the techniques work to alleviate symptoms. Lastly I help prepare and support you before and after the training sessions. This is because I know from experience that everyone is unique and most people get good results if they are supported to go at a pace of improvement that works for them. - Sounds too good to be true!
The programme is not a miracle cure and takes your persistence to make it work – that’s the only way to get good results.
